Objective
01. To promote and develop the Science Rehabilitation.
02. To conduct a monthly or a quarterly journal in order to publicize the activities of the Association, whether alone or in combination with other organization and to disseminate information, knowledge and practice of efficiency in Structural Rehabilitation as a basis of service to the Nation and individual.
03. To deliver Engineering courses and / or service for any kind of Civil Engineering Structures towards achieving excellence.
04. To cater the need of sick Civil Engineering Structure with Assessment & Diagnosis in a Scientific & Technical manner.
05. To create and to sustain the atmosphere of correct engineering practice.
06. Evolve a unified standard code of practice in Structural Rehabilitation Engineering for Assurance of Quality based Professional Engineering services.
07. To establish and maintain a Library and to collect literature, films, records and other materials relating to the principles and practice of Structural Rehabilitation and to afford facilities for the use of the same.
08. To accept grants, donation or gifts of money for furtherance of the objects of the Association.
09. To depute any member of the of the Association to receive advanced training in Structural Rehabilitation or to undertake study-tours or research surveys in any place in India or abroad.
10. To participate in National and International Conferences and organize National or International Management Conferences with or without the aid of other institutions on Structural Rehabilitation or related topics/themes.
11. To establish and maintain a National Directory for persons concerned with or interested in Structural Rehabilitation.
12. To compile, edit, print, publish, lend, distribute and/or sell reports, books, bulletins, pamphlets, posters, papers on Structural Rehabilitation, its principles, problems, practice and development in English or any other Indian language.
13. To establish and manage Educational, social and other institution for the welfare and betterment of the members and the public at large.
14. To help monetary or otherwise the persons affected from natural calamities viz. earthquake, floods, drought, etc.
15. To do all such other things as are incidental or conducive to the attainment of the above objects or any of them.
